GlobalGolf.ca UTry^® Program:

The GlobalGolf.ca UTry^® program is a club demonstration program allowing the GlobalGolf.ca customer the opportunity to try up to two golf clubs at a time in their own environment for up to 2 weeks (14) days in exchange for a per-club program fee (to be applied to your purchase price if you elect to keep your UTry product). Valid GlobalGolf.ca account required for participation. Limited 1 active trial per account or household.

How it Works:

1. From the GlobalGolf.ca UTry^® webpage, select up to two golf clubs for trial.
2. Upon checkout, we will authorize your credit card for the full purchase value of the trial club(s). You will be charged only the UTry^® trial fee of $45 for each individual club selected if trialing drivers, fairway woods, or hybrids. If trialing an iron set, you will be charged $100 for the iron set trial. By accepting these UTry terms and conditions, you agree to be charged:
   1. the full retail price for any UTry individual club(s)/iron set that we ship to you that you do not return within the fourteen-day UTry period, or
   2. the full retail price or a repair charge for any UTry^® individual club(s)/iron set that you return but which are damaged beyond normal wear and tear (see item 10. below for details).
   3. the full retail price for any club accessories that you do not return (see item 11. below for details).
   4. the full retail price of an iron set that is returned in incomplete condition (i.e. missing one or more irons or irons damaged beyond normal wear and tear).
3. If you don't already have a GlobalGolf account, you will receive an email asking to confirm your email address; this is to confirm that you can receive communications from us. You must click the link provided in the email to start your trial.
4. We will then ship the club(s) to you. Your fourteen day UTry period starts on the date that you receive the club(s) as determined by the delivery date scan from our shipper.
5. You will receive a UTry^® email correspondence alerting you when your club(s) have shipped and tips for ensuring the optimal UTry^® experience.
6. On the seventh and thirteenth days of your fourteen-day trial period, you will receive email correspondences reminding you that your trial period is nearing completion and providing purchase options for the club(s).
7. On the fourteenth day of your trial period, you will receive an email correspondence that will enable your purchase or return decision on your UTry club(s). If you have two individual clubs, you will have the option to keep one and return one, keep both or return both.
8. For any UTry^® club(s) that you elect to purchase, you will be directed to a confirmation page where you agree that your credit card used in the original UTry transaction will be charged the full price of the club(s) less the $35 per club (or $75 per iron set) UTry trial fee already paid. Iron sets are sold as complete sets. You may not elect to purchase individual irons from within a UTry iron set.
9. For any UTry^® club(s) that you elect to return, you will be directed to a confirmation page where your return shipping label will be available. Your UTry period ends when the shipping label on any returned club(s) is scanned at pick-up by our shipper.
10. For any UTry^® club(s) that you elect to return, we will notify you via email correspondence when we receive the club(s). Upon receipt, we will inspect your UTry club(s) for damage.
    1. If we find no damage to the club(s) other than normal wear and tear, we will notify you via email correspondence that your UTry^® transaction is complete with no additional charges.
    2. If we determine that the club(s) is damaged beyond normal wear and tear but can be repaired by our in-house repair team, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for these repairs according to the repair charge structure below:

    3. If we determine that the club(s) are damaged beyond normal wear and tear and beyond our repair abilities, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the club(s) and we will return the damaged club(s) to you. We will not refund the UTry^® trial fee in this situation.
11. For any UTry^® club(s) that you elect to return, you must return all original club accessories with it. Original club accessories include any headcover, tool, and/or manual which came with the club. Failure to include all original club accessories will result in charges to cover the missing items as follows:
    • Headcover - $30
    • Tool - $20
    • Manual - $5
12. After fourteen days, if you do not make the election to purchase or return your UTry^® club(s) and we do not have evidence you are returning the club(s), we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of your UTry club(s), less the $35 per club (or $75 per iron set) UTry trial fee already paid. You will be notified of this charge via email correspondence.
