    Introduction

    Now you can enjoy the peace of mind and confidence in purchasing like new clubs, without the cost. GlobalGolf’s Certified PreOwned program offers unmatched benefits, like a twelve-month replacement warranty, along with a collection of preowned woods, irons, and putters.

    All GlobalGolf Certified PreOwned Clubs include:

    • 12 month Warranty
    • Drivers, fairways, hybrids, and putters are sold with a complimentary, like new, generic headcover
    • Complete 6-point inspection by our highly trained staff
    • Thorough cleaning

    Global Golf’s six-point inspection ensures that the clubs you purchase from us have been properly maintained and are in the best possible condition. GlobalGolf Certified PreOwned clubs are equipped with our twelve- month limited warranty. This warranty protects your certified product for up to Twelve months against all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your club is found to have a factory defect, our commitment is to promptly repair the club, replace it or issue a credit for the full amount.

    Warranty Terms for Certified PreOwned Clubs

    GlobalGolf’s Certified PreOwned (CPO) golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase from GlobalGolf, provided that (1) proof of purchase, such as of copy of customer invoice, is provided; and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party. A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is GlobalGolf’s sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification.

    All Other Products, other than Certified Preowned clubs: With respect to all other GlobalGolf products, please, refer to our Warranty and Returns page.

    GlobalGolf’s Responsibility: If a defect in a genuine GlobalGolf CPO product sold by GlobalGolf is identified within 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase, and you comply with the requirements outlined above, GlobalGolf, in its sole discretion, upon the prompt return of the product to GlobalGolf, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or (3) issue a store credit for the purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual usage of the product in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible.

    Customer Responsibility: If you have warranty questions or wish to obtain warranty service, please contact the customer service department of GlobalGolf at 866-843-0255. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. GlobalGolf will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.

    Limitations on Warranties

    1. Warranty claims will be handled at GlobalGolf’s sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
    2. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
    3. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.
    4. ANY WARRANTY OBLIGATION BY GLOBALGOLF IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO A THIRD PARTY.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    Product Return Guidelines for Certified PreOwned Clubs

    You may return any Certified PreOwned (CPO) item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the product for a product exchange or store credit, provided the return meets the following conditions:

    • The Certified PreOwned (CPO) product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. It must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable. If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold, we will inspect the item apply a 15% restocking fee which is deducted from the store credit.
    • Store Credits will be issued for the product price (and any applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable (except in certain situations). Store Credits will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and inspection of the items.
    • Certified PreOwned clubs have a 12-month Warranty against all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our Warranty section for more information.
