While duct tape does the trick for most household repairs, if some is holding your golf bag together then it’s probably time for something new.

Whether it’s a stand bag or meant for a cart, there are a ton of great options available for bags, and just because you won one at a corporate tournament doesn’t mean it’s the right fit for your game.

While the Canadian golf season is starting to wind down across the country, it’s time to take stock of your set up. And if the bag that’s carrying your clubs, balls, and anything else you need on the course is looking a little worse-for-wear, then GlobalGolf.ca has a handful of new bags worth checking out for 2021 from the biggest brands in golf.

Here are a few to get you started.

PING

Ogio

The Ogio Shadow Fuse 304 stand bag is chalk full of new stuff for 2020 to make carrying your bag more enjoyable. The Ogio Shadow Fuse 304 features rip-stop fabric with a new design that delivers efficiency and durability. The Fit Disc system improves weight distribution (with redesigned shoulder straps) while five zippered pockets keeps everything you need clean and dry. Ogio has thought of everything for the Shadow Fuse 304, as it also features a retention loop for alignment sticks, a towel loop, an area for a pen, and adjustable umbrella cord, plus a fleece-lined valuables pocket with a water resistant zipper.

TaylorMade

At less than five pounds, the TaylorMade FlexTech Yarn Dye stand bag is a perfect light option for the fairways. It boasts a five-way top divider with 11 pockets. A highlight of the TaylorMade FlexTech Yarn Dye bag is a seam-sealed valuables pocket with micro suede lining. The FlexTech stand system has a self-adjusting strap system.

The TaylorMade Cart Lite bag is specifically designed for pushcart compatibility. Engineered with a trolley notch in the base makes it the perfect fit for your wheels, while it has a 14-way top and full-length dividers. Although not built for carrying, it weighs just 5.5 pounds and is ultra durable.

Titleist

At less than four pounds the Titleist Players 4 StaDry is an idyllic combination of lightweight comfort and stability. The Titleist StaDry waterproof construction boasts seam-sealed zippers, while there is a self-balancing, convertible strap system as well. The hinged bottom gives the Titleist Players 4 StaDry the best-in-class stability.
